From boutique residential projects to complex mixed-use and urban regeneration precincts, the business draws on expertise shaped within some of Australia's most respected organisations.
Founders Shaun and Jacki Bond bring complementary backgrounds spanning property development, construction, investment, finance and governance.
Shaun's 25-year career includes 17 years with Lendlease, where he held senior leadership roles on landmark projects including Jacksons Landing and Barangaroo. Jacki's experience spans Multiplex and Goldman Sachs, where she held senior leadership positions across corporate finance, principal investments and operational management. Together, their experience informs a disciplined, long-term approach to development, ensuring every Allambi project is commercially rigorous, thoughtfully considered and delivered with integrity.
